On pokerstars they run replays of the final table of their sunday one million guaranteed tournament. Whilst that isn't interesting in itself this is...

the basically get all the final table participants to show their hole cards pre-flop and also on the one that's currently running the eventual winner, Rizen (a very good player) provides analysis on the hands, they often pause the action at critical points and comment on the play adn what players may be thinking, i've only watched c.20 mins of it but it's very useful to get in the mind of people playing for a 150k first prize.
