Default Problems since upgrade?

Since Poker.co.uk went down for an upgrade yesterday, its been nothing but problems...

It used to be that I hadn't ever been disconnected from the system once I'd logged in, unless I closed it down. Since yesterday, the software has just randomly closed down three or four times.

Yesterday's 4pm $10+$1 MTT was cancelled after 258 players had registered (1 minute before it was due to start), and the buyin wasn't credited back to me. I asked support via the "Live Help" and was told that my account shows that it had been credited back. How $93.90 - $11.00 + $11.00 = $82.90, I'll never know. I was told to email them, which I did - no response as yet.

Yesterday night, Heads-Up tournament...I get a bye to round 2 because there was an odd number of players...great! Round 2 starts and my table doesn't open on screen. I can't navigate to my name on the tournament list because it throws my cursor back up to the top of the list every second when it updates. I have to log out, try to log back in and get "Error(209) You are already logged in" - and have to wait.

By the time I get to the table, my 3,000 chips have been knocked down to 1,200, and the other guy has 4,800. Needless to say, it didn't last very long after that. I think I should get a refund on that, myself.

Anyone else having problems? I'm not going to play here much longer if it carries on like this. If I can't trust them with an $11 buy in, how can I trust them with a $110 buy-in later?

And so it goes on. Lost a bit yesterday, so ratcheted down to $5 SNGs...

Played a $5+0.50 SNG today. Had $19.50. Bought in. $14.00.

Finished 2nd for a $7.50 return. Account shows $14.00.

Only updates after I log out and log back in. It never used to do that, did it?

I've been on the site a lot since the upgrade and I havent had a single problem so I dont know why you are having so many. It is doubtful that you would get a refund for the heads up tournament on any site because if the site is running ok then the problem would be your end.

I've had no trouble at all, sounds pretty frustrating though.

Well, because the way the software is designed, its impossible to trawl through the 64 tables in the tournament tables list (trying to find mine) because when you scroll down two or three tables, the software bumps you back to the top when it updates the chip stacks. Same happens with the players list. That isn't a problem at my end.

The round started, I was looking at the software with no other apps running, and my table didn't open. I log off in the normal way ("Exit Poker") and am unable to log back on, because the server thinks that I'm logged on. That isn't a problem at my end.

The only problem at my end is the cards I decide to play.

Like I say, I've been playing at poker.co.uk for a good while before this upgrade with no problems whatsoever! Was having a great time.

the quick way to find your own table is to use the find player option and search for your own username, from there you can get to your table without having to go through each individual table.

The scrolling issue is something I've mentioned in the improvements thread, hopefully they'll fix it sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the heads up KMxRetro, I also was unaware of any problems, but will investigate now. Will post back when I know more.

You're welcome.

I emailed support at 5pm last night about the MTT and 10am this morning about the Heads Up MTT - not had a reply to either yet. Let us know how you get on

I was disconnected twice yesterday and this was the first time I'd ever had this happen. Return to table to find half my chips gone, I think 'bastard!'. Only to see AcKc in the next hand, I then raise to get disconnected again! Come back and I am left with 1000 chips from around 5500 that I had before the first disconnection!

Needless to say I was beaten and lost a whole $25!

Every little counts...

Yes there are fishy players at 5/10, you being a prime example.
