well what a waste of time that was....blinds raised every 3 minutes and 15 seconds to act...sounded like fun until i paid my $5 and never saw a hand, eventually had to go all in with k-10s and obviously lost, so anyone who has never tried one, dont bother!!

Saw a tournament on poker.co.uk that was something like 'Lucky Lotto' where it was 100 starting chips and 1 minute levels. They say poker's not gambling...![]()
I'm not sure about turbo's, I don't like them at all but as long as they're not too turbo'd (is that a word?) the time you save compared to a normal tournament might make up for the reduced skill factor. Still never going to play them though, but I know some people who have some success with them.
