Perhaps the fact that you didn't raise pre-flop suggested that you didn't have a strong hand. Then flat calling the raise from the BB says you are calling for value, a strong hand would have raised pre-flop, or a really strong hand might have re-raised the BB's raise. So this is all good information to the BB. When you pause for a while deciding whether to shove your chips in or not, you obviously know that this is potentialy what the BB wants you to do, and he wants you to know that is what the bet is designed to do, hence he already knows he is going to call for what little chips you have left. He has sensed weakness in all the players in the hand, and figures you to be the only one with a hand to call with, if you fold, then all the better, he takes down a nice pot without a showdown he might lose. If you call it, it's your tournament on the line, so he knows it's an even harder decision. You've made a great read not putting him on the Queen, or bigger. Unfortunately, he had better than your second pair.![]()

HEY!!!! I read The Sun, well actually I don't read it as such.... it's more a case of look at the pictures and cartoons really...........
Hi Terminator,
You are using the Sun in exactly the right way then. It also makes an acceptable substitute for Delsy should you ever be caught short.
