I bought some a while ago, and found them to be a mixed bag - some packs were OK-ish, others were nasty to use.
Anyone got good/bad opinions on them?

Build a man a fire and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire and he's warm for the rest of his life.
I've found that its really just a matter of luck. But one in every 6 or so tends to be a good deck and for the most part they are all playable anyway [and if you go through enough/are really lucky you will end up with a decks or two in mint condition]
I guess if you're feeling lucky and really want the whole casino thing on them its worth buying a handfull [say 10 decks for ~£10?] and taking the hit on the 3 or 4 that might be rubbish.
Personally I'd prefer to buy a new quality deck..
My sister is off to vegas this month and I have asked her to buy me decks of cards from as many casinos as possible. Does anyone know what kind of quality i can expect? (all will be new so condition wont be a factor)
Played with a few and I like "The Plaza" best. They have a quality feel about them - sort of linen. What I hate about them is the rounded corners as it makes them awkward (for me) to manipulate.
Seen an offer on Ebay for 5 packs from mix of casinos for £12.50 including postage. See item 6219412621
Yup, I got half a dozen sets with my chip set from www.pokeroutlet.co.uk and the Plaza ones in particular were very nice indeed![]()
Sahara, O'Sheas and The Aladdin were great too.
We pretty much always tend to use the World Poker Tour decks these days. Quality is superb - in fact the US Playing Card Company who make Bee, WPT cards, etc also make them for quite a few casinos.
i'll send her off with a shopping list!
