Ever tried talking to the live chat help?

On poker.co.uk today i tried to add money to my account for the first time and got an error saying my card was already registered. Just copied this from my live chat help with them

lol I went on once, and asked where to find the free practice tables... to receive a 5 hour essay on how to add funds to my account, which isn't what I wanted... at the time I couldn't see the word 'practice' in the list.

Its a .co.uk website yet its run by foreign people
