Softest competition

In your opinion, what poker rooms (online poker rooms) have the softest competition. Would you assume that the larger the site... the softer the competition. Or also the lower the stakes.... the softer the competition?

I find low stakes the safest bet. After a tournament finished I used to make my buy-in back by playing tight on a cheap cash table for a couple of hours. At that level people don’t really pay attention to how individual opponents are playing they just seem to average the table so even such obvious play can pay.

As for which site is best (most profitable) I can’t say, I’ve only ever used Ladbrokes.
