Bit of advice Re Irish lotto betting

Hi people, not sure if this is in the right section, apologies if not. I placed a bet for 3 sets numbers for all 3 draws on Betfred. 1 set of numbers came up, 7, 20, 25. After not paying me i rang customer service and they said only 1 set of numbers had been placed and they didn't win, that's why i only had 3 reference numbers. I managed to take a print screen of my confirmation page and it shows the bet placed with reference numbers next to the winning numbers, with Betfred saying the reference numbers where for 21,32,38. They are refusing to pay out and i wondered if i have any case with IBAS??
I have a screenshot of my bet confirmation screen but not allowed to post with me having few posts.

Hi 1983, it sounds like they are trying to pull a fast one going on what you have said. If you placed the 3 bets like you say you did then, the confirmation page I assume should state this, that your bet has been accepted? If I was you I would print off the confirmation page and go to your local ctizens advice etc and check on the legal side.

Yeah, sounds like they are trying it on. I had a similar problem with cherry casino once but I emailed them my withdrawal slip and they paid up. Keep at it, they'll pay out.
