I definitely disagree with your last sentence ! Each draw is independant and is not directed by previous draws !
When you toss a coin, does result depends on previous toss !!!???
There is no 'dependancy' on previous draws but you can infer a lot from the results of previous draw.
A simple question would be in any lottery how many times has ALL the numbers from one previous draw come up in a future draw? I would say very few times and probably never in a 6/49 lottery. So is there any point playing a previous set of winning numbers when the likelyhood is that you'll never hit the jackpot with those numbers? No, its a waste of money.
I never said that there is dependence on the previous draw. It is much more complex than that. The question some weeks ago was: have all the numbers the same odds? The answer is no not only because the previous draw. That is only 1 aspect of the matter. Each number has his odd to be draw and is different from all the others. Also is different after each draw and is possible to calculate approximately those values.
Let’s see the example of that hundreds or thousands of professional gamblers that around the world live from the casino`s wins. If all the numbers (or cards, dices, slots figures) had the same odds they could not survive. Anyone cannot survive all the time based on their own luck. They survive first of all because they are disciplined and they follow a mathematical strategy or tactics based on the understanding of the numbers behavior during a series. Some of them are experts on math but others don`t. It is like they have an intuitive algorithm written not in a paper but in their mind.
