Hello right i have a little problem. i went into william hill today and put my irish lottery bets on, 2 finequickslips worked and went through ok but the third one was funny so the lady asked me to write my numbers dopwn down on a betting slip, i payed her the 3pound for the and she printed my coupon, however my numbers come out and when i went back in to cash it she said 5 minutes after you left an error message came up on the system and said the ticket was void but i have not got my 3pound back and still have the ticket, what shall i do any feedback would be appreciated also she said she tryed phoning customer service and they said they are not paying out but the coupon does not say void on it i dont see the problem?

HI my friend my opinion is keep the print out she gave you go back and tell her to stop her playing around or you will go to a solicitor if she gives you any more playing around go to the solicitor. She is out of order.

cheers mate thanks for the quick reply - i done this today what you said and it worked she phoned customer service and said i was threating to go Gaming Standards Association i got payed in full so proud thanks
