Default How Angry would YOU be?

I am still raging. After spending 4 hours & over £400 on a service station slot machine they are expecting me to pay £80 for parking! I have sent the whole parking notice back not to the parking company, but to the head office of the service station operator Moto. I am giving them a fair chance to cancel this by explaining the curcumstances but if they do not cancel it I am paying them F. ALL. I will let you all know how I get on!

Also a quote from the Moto website : "It is not our intention to charge drivers who marginally exceed the parking restrictions, nor charge those who have slightly overstayed whilst significantly patronizing our facilities."

What do you think about this?

Totally livid. I saw a story a while ago where McD's charged a couple of fat chicks 70 quid for parking while they were busy stuffing their faces inside.

    Anti gypsy policy gone mental.

I got a reply from Moto. They said they were willing to cancel the charge "On this occasion" purely as "A gesture of goodwill". How super generous of them! They only got £400 from me on the machines! They also said during any further visits parking regulations must be adhered to. What kind of a way is that to treat a high spending customer?

My opinion is if Welcome Break can give free unlimited parking to customers who are actively playing the machines surely Moto could do the same? It is only common decency. After all I am a CUSTOMER using their facilities!
