Job offer in the Porn industry....

Ok,

Was just offered a job as a Web Interface Developer in Cambridge.

However I was told that 90% of the work would be on Porn related sites.

Personally I dont facy working with graphics of this nature all day everyday.

Obv my girlfriend of 3 years is against it, some mates are all for it some are against it.

I need to think long term and no work I do for this company can go onto my portfolio.

I've viewed their websites and they are all "hardcore" !

Just putting this out their to see what everyone else would do. I have now refused the job but interested to see other peoples thoughts...

Need to look at the longer term really, any job at the moment would be amazing but I doubt that job woulda done me much good.

If the monies good and it's using the technologies I want to use and I can progress my career, then i don't really care if it's porn or not. It's not like you'd have to look at it all day or anything anyway.

You will be hired and fired on you skills not the type of site u work on. If you think this job would benefit your skills and give you valuable experience then go for it. If not kick it to touch.

Well I would have to look at it all day, my job would be to manipulate/makin web graphics for the sites amoungst other things.

Seems like a mixed reaction altho more tailored towards the "Go for it" route.

Although beggers can't be choosers etc... I still turned it down. I just don't fancy lookin at that stuff all day long, 20mins aday is enough as it is lol.

Furthermore no offense to homosexuals but they did say it may involve some gay/tranny sites.
