URGENT help Please!

Good day all! I am sorry my first post has to be one asking for help, but i do hope future in to be able to contribute in a more positive way to this Forum.

In under two weeks i shall be moving to the Philippines. A betting exchange i deal with has informed me that this is a banned country even though internet gambling is not illegal there as yet.

I earn a moderate income from sports trading/betting and this would be a disaster if i could not continue. I have been advised that many people, the world over, use a proxy server in situations such as this. Fine, but which one? So far the i have had no luck. One could not even get me in the site, let alone Log me in! It is obviously the Login process that is the problem so i really need someone. maybe. who is already doing this and knows the 'ropes' so to speak.
