Default A Dice Man Recommendation

I bought this from Sainsburys today: 400g for £1 on special offer. they also have some other flavours of relish for the same price which I didn't buy. But this one is absolutely amazing. If you like gherkins at all then get this relish. It's the best thing I've tasted in 2008, possibly the 2000s. Gherkins are usually too small to bother going to the effort for, but finally now there's a way to get the full taste of the gherkin with a quick squeeze. I am seriously considering buying like 10 of these while they are on offer because they don't go out of date until January 2009.

Good value, do it!!

May I submit a recommendation to you - Coco Shreddies. I've always ignored these thinking they would be gross and stuck to Frosted Shreddies but I bought some cos they were on offer and have eaten two boxes in like a week, I am addicted to them!! The honey ones aren't bad either....Shreddies FTW

How is this all fitting in with your grape diet thing?

The grape diet thing ended about a month ago. Basically what happened is that I agreed to the fitness prop bet starting mid-June and then decided I could eat whatever I liked between the two points. So almost every day since then my diet has consisted of big meatball, tomato and grilled cheese sandwiches and 4 cans of Coke, with the odd batch of chicken wings and Belgian buns thrown in. Has been quite unhealthy really. I'm planning on giving that stuff up come June 1st (I have lots of work due in for the 30th), and getting into a fitter shape for the start of the fitness prop bet.

You know if you don't have a good metabolism coke will pwn you.

2 1/2 cans already meets your RDA for sugar. 35g per can of coke, it's right on the side of the can!

Now I try and drink tango instead as it's only 15g of sugar (ONLY!)

I know I'm skinny but all that sugar can't be good.

Are you aware that that sort of diet might kill you within weeks?

It won't kill me. I've lived on worse for longer. I'm really only eating either one or two meals a day. I also drink a fair amount of juice which I forgot to mention. I must be getting about 5x the daily recommended amount of sugar though. I'm definitely feeling a bit unhealthy at the moment, but come next weekend I'll start doing some decent exercise and give up the Coke etc.
