Back home now with humane trap in tow. Now what bait to use? The instructions suggest special bait (I didn't think to buy any) or chocolate or peanut butter. I'll have to invest in some chocolate later / tomorrow. In the meantime if I see it in the room again I'll try and throw a cardboard box over it.

Haha make sure you take pictures! I don't recommend ham, yoghurt, chocolate popcorn, bolognese....well lots of things really

Living in a top floor flat = the nuts

I don't live there anymore and am in the process of moving in to a top floor flat so I guess my plague days are over? There could always be some sort of bird or wasp infestation I suppose.

Have to agree about the humane traps though, we want fatalities!!


Aren't you afraid that once you release the mouse into the wild it will tell other mice about how you trapped it and amass a mouse army dedicated to hunting you down, killing you and taking over your house? You should be.
