.......upgrade your analogue tv ariel to digital ? Looking at a b/day present for the Parents, they don't want a subs service so freeview is the way to go

I though digital was free? You get Sky Broadband free soon anyway which makes it a nice bonus.

I got one of they small freeview boxes from comet last week for £35. Although they are not great, you do get a better selection than just terrestrial tv and sometimes find the odd gem on the likes of film4 and e4.

cant get it in my area - im still on black and white doiwn herew!!! in fact they are so slow about updating stuff im still watching the first moon landing!!!

I paid £160 for digital compaqtable ariel, power booster and connection to 3 bedrooms and front room downstairs. Have freeview in all bedrooms and all work fine, but hardly use as channel selection is not that great.
