No such thing as a "good run" on Blackjack!!

playing at the awful PaddyPower site (borrowed software, and least luck per player anywhere)
i need to realise just how bad it is. All those people who dont gamble and say the same old
(correct) "there's only one winner," are right. I had $40 (im 15k down in 5 years) and at $2
a pop, i barely won one!! when and where does a (swear words) good run on Blackjack happen?
well not at PaddyPower it never does, or roulette, bingo, bad beats poker or blank ghost-town
feel slots (had 100 spins at 50c on Gladiator the other day, and literally did not win more than
$1 - as if the bonus round was currently unavailable due to a technical hitch)

U know something is up with the Blackjack, when u find out that whatever u did, it was a
no win sito! eg. U = Jack, 3 Dealer = 2, blank u hit? 9 = bust, dealer shows a queen.
yep, like this or similar 4 times running....u got 20? guess what, so does the dealer. awful,
just awful....if u insist on gambling online, change site if your luck is bad (or they had finished
speculating to accumulate and are now on the rakeback, or they are on the mace because
of profits being down) or lets all go back to the real casino's????

I play roulette but not on websites.I canPick my own numbers
in roulette but I can't pickmy own cards in Blackjack !
I once tried Blackjack in a live casino and suffered the same fate
as you. I won only twice despite not having a hand under nineteen !
If I had twenty the dealer had twenty one - if I had ywenty one the dealer
had Blackjack.
It is what is called gambling and all gambling is about uncertainty.

Blackjack is a random game. With perfect play the edge is marginal (less than 1% and generally 0.54% or 0.68% on a 6 deck or 8 deck game). But you can have good runs and bad runs. sounds like you struck a bad run - that's the gamble. Blackjack odds are worked out over MILLIONS of hands. You're only playing a very small sample of those hands - so anything can happen. You can win or lose, that's what happens when you play.

Don't know why you're putting Paddy Power down. Last month I won 7000 Euros from them over 4 nights of play, about 40% of that from various blackjack games on their site. Yes, I had some bad runs, and I had some good runs. When it got bad for a while I changed game to slots. When I had enough there I went to blackjack. It worked for me. I found their software fair. I've played with them for over 5 years now. They give good bonuses to players too.

Sorry to hear of your bad run, but that's what it was. Bad run. Same with your gladiator play.
