I have heard that there are some online casinos who pay so much money to the people who send them players, that those affiliates make more money than the actual casinos.
Is that really possible?

Absolutely, yes!

I've been a casino affiliate for nearly 6-years, and I have seen some things which certainly indicate that affiliates can EASILY make more than the casinos.
For example, with several of the Rival Gaming casinos I promote I have seen the players I sent them make a net profit from the casinos of many $1,000's, and at the same time the casinos had to pay me commission. So me sending the casino players has hit them twice!
On top of those two things of course, the casinos also have other overheads, like hosting, software licences and staff to pay.
That has been the cause of many casino failures, I can tell you.
