what if i betted 50 pounds on red and 50 pounds on black.... 28 bets later i would have betted 2800 pounds.... surely this would allow me to withdraw my money.. i accept 0 may come in.. even if it comes in 3-4 times at least i'd get a grand back! will this work?????

    if you bet 12 on 1-12, 12 on 13-24 and ,12 on 25-36 and 1 on 0 every spin-
would you lose the same to get that 2700?

Im too tired to try and work it out

I feel for you tho, Im a total noob and havent come across this yet, is it common practice?
Its scared me off a little tbh

ahh its becoming clearer now, the only places with decent wheels; no bets spin or extremly low placements, dont use up your wagering requirements.

odd and even the same as red/black and 1-18/19-36

    green is mean eh

you will only lose 1 pound each spin that isnt green my way, your way you lose 100 quid.

On closer inspection the sites that have these nasty wager requirements (??) in place wont even allow any double 2-1 placements on a spin.

Im beginning to think this is how the online casino's really make there money- directing people to the more risky games to unlock the fast dwindling stack.

    dont lose sleep-
In 2 weeks the pain will have gone

id have to play bigger bets because games like blackjack and roulette have more issues with wagering requirements.. only 20% of the stake is counted!! so a hundred pound bet would count as a £20 WR.. so i would still have to make 100x27= 2700 and then times that by five!!! so im looking at 270 bets at £50 red and £50 black.... out of 270 bets all i need is 10 zeros and thats a grand gone!! i truely am buggered....

scale up my method so you are putting 120 quid on each of the triples and then a tenner on green, 7 spins and you are there with a maximum loss of 70quid, Im sure there is a better way to cut the loss if the green comes up, Im new to all this and no mathmatician.

    Default william hill wagering requiements

    Hi ILTFCC
First off. What an intriguing nome de plume. Whatever does it mean ?
I have never played online . A few months ago I enquired at the William Hill site but couldn't find any way to find betting requiremets unless I first joined . I foud this strange and unacceptable so I didn't log in.
I may be naive but I think that asking people to make a deposit before telling them what he rules are is sharp practice. It may well be though, that I loked in the wrong place.
I don't fully understand your point, though.
THe relevant question here is " How much cash did you deposit ? " and not how much did you win ?
    Think about it .
If you deposited , say £ 100 and they were giving you bonuses of £ 10 for a certain size of bet
and you were lucky enough to win £1500 and earned bonuses of, say, £500 do you think that they are going toi risk giving you £1600 of their money against winning £ 100 of yours ?
And every other lucky sod that wins £1500 ?
As most of us gamblers know some of us win and some of us lose EVERY night we bet.WE all have steaks- good and bad so William Hills' could lose a few £1500 every night and win how many £ 100 s to break- even , never mind make a profit- and that' s what they are in business for.
Sorry if I have misunderstood ypur post but, as the old saying goes ,there ain't such a thing as a free lunch.
I would be grateful if you could explain to me the basic rules of William Hills online casino betting .I guess all others will be much te same. Your experience tells me that my preference for real live casinos is justified .
    Kind Regards

I don't know how I missed this thread before...

My advice comes too late - you needed it BEFORE you started playing.
If a casino gives you a bonus - whether you asked for it or not - as soon as you place one bet you are deemed to have accepted the T&Cs and must therefore complete the associated wagering for that bonus before you can withdraw ANYTHING, including your own deposited money.
This is the same at pretty much any casino on the net.
However, it is mainly only Playtech casinos who give you these unwanted bonuses.

You should ALWAYS read & understand the T&Cs for any bonus before playing.
If you are given a bonus you don't want, tell the casino BEFORE you start playing and they MUST remove it (if they are a reputable casino).

Regarding clearing the wagering: Placing "Low-Risk" bets, such as betting Black/Red, Odd/Even, etc. at the same time on Roulette, certain Craps & Baccarat bets is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN at most casinos, and also does not count towards your WR anyway!
However, I can't see this in the rules at William Hills - so you might be OK there; Though Roulette only counts at 20%, so it might not be a +EV option...

    Good luck!
