That is the best advice out, except from don’t play the games if you don’t want to lose money.

Yes, Gambling is for entertainment and for fun yet it will get you addicted for a time. Better to limit yourself on how much you can bet and stick to it.

yep - definatly avoid the alcohol. I'm a very low stake gambler (like £5 a week!) and the worst nights I've had with gambling have been after a trip to the pub, then passing napoleons on the way back - and popping in for a quick go - £100 later.....

My best advice for all gamblers is DO NOT bet more than you can afford to lose. NEVER EVER gamble with money intended for other purposes i.e. rent,mortgage bills,food money etc.
This applies to all forms of gambling whether it be in a casino, an arcade, a bingo hall or online.

Never do your load. (except in the v bookies where it wont cost you a penny!)
