I know that internet gambling is currently not legal in America, but it is legal in the UK. But here's my question - if a UK resident used his bank account to gamble online but also used some money from US residents (in a syndicate set-up), would that be ok?
I got confused thinking about it, because in a way you'd be gambling for Americans, but when it comes down to it you'd just be gambling from a UK bank account and in the UK (which is perfectly legal by UK law), so is there any problem at all with this set-up?
If the Americans sent their money to your bank account and you signed-up to the gambling sites in your own name - how would anyone ever know? I reckon it would be fine.
But, and this is a big BUT; It is NOT illegal for Americans to gamble online!
I run casino referral websites (link in my signature below) and probably 75% of the players who register with casinos etc. via my sites are in the USA.
Millions of Americans gamble online - it is more difficult than for us in the UK, but they still do it!

I am no expert, but I agree with KasinoKing, and I didnt think it was illegal for Americans to gamble online. I have heard of something called sportbooks and I know thats illegal in the US. Anyone know why?
