unable to connect...

hi, i was playing on poker.co.uk with no problem last night, but today for some reason i cant get passed step one of the program opening... it keeps saying unable to connect, try again later, but my internet is working fine. has this happened to anyone else?
any suggestions on how to fix this?

if your running vista try running with administrator
