My friend keeps asking me to lend him money in casinos. Whenever he loses all his money, he would ask me to lend him some money and promise to pay me back a few days later. He would say that if he wins, we would share the money. If he loses, he would pay back the money to me a few days later. Sometimes, he would suggest each of us contributing 100 quids when I think it's time to stop.
Does anyone expereince the same problem? How do you deal with it?
Thanks.![]()
Yes, but with fruities in the pub, not the casino.
My mate owes me loads of money he 'borrowed' and somehow never paid back.
If it's just a couple of pound coins I'll let it go because I know he would share any winnings with me.
But these days if he asks for more I just say no - and mean it.
If your mate is a REAL friend he will accept this with no hard feelings.

I lend money, but only to my friends.
I lend money to only few people that I really trusted whom I know will pay me back and sometimes I also borrow to them if in case I also need money.
