    Question Advertisers or players?

    HI all,

I was wondering for some time. What can you find more on the forums?

Advertisers promote their sites or players whom actually looking for new promos.

Is it possible to generate players from the forums or all replies/views to your threads made by advertisers who just want to show their signatures?

Well, I know that advertisers are also potential players but still.

If you think it’s a stupid question you can say so and I won’t be offended

    Regards,

    Jason

It's not a stupid question - but it is stupid to try to spam forums without reading the rules first:-

    http://www.gambling.co.uk/forums/gam...ent-links.html :-
These are the rules regarding placement of links. For the complete rules please refer to the General Forum Rules section:

For users with fewer than 15 posts:
You may not post links anywhere!

    For users with 15+ posts:
You may post links anywhere (although if we deem them to be spam at our own discretion we will remove them). You may also place a link to your own site in your signature (max of two links), but a link back to gambling.co.uk is required for this.

Users with more than 1000 posts may place up to four links in their signature.

A signature may not exceed 80 characters in length.

Promoting other similar forums or sites that directly compete with the Gambling.co.uk Network sites in your posts, signatures, or in any way on the forum is not permitted.

These rules may be altered, amended or ignored at our discretion only.

    Thank You,
    James
Once you have read the rules you can make posts with your links and you will get some hits, but only if you are contributing to the forum with useful information for players; help, advice, opinions... that sort of thing.

One-liners just agreeing with someone else or making meaningless comments will not get you anywhere.
(i.e. Like the other 3 posts you made yesterday!)

Note: I'm not a moderator at this forum (still waiting to be asked! ) but I am at 2 others where I deal with zapping spammers nearly every day - so I do know what I'm talking about!

Small Print : Before using the system to 'make some money' make sure you have ~£500,000 to cover a bad run of 20 losing bets.
