I'm new to online gambling forums so I'm not sure whether this subject has been addressed before but as a player or online blackjack, it is something I just have to know and share with people.
Let me start off by saying that I am not writing this because I am bitter about losing lots of money but simply to try and understand whether there is something sinister afoot.
I have been a member of various gambling sites and have become immensely frustrated with how they take the complete mickey out of people. I have played online blackjack at ladbrokes, coral, hills and various other sites and it's always the same - I lose constantly and I don't believe for one moment that it's because I am a bad blackjack player. I understand odds and probability and know that with blackjack the odds are stacked in favour of the house but with online blackjack, it seems magnified to a completely different level.
This has led me to believe that there is nothing remotely random about their so-called random number generator. Although it may sound stupid, it often seems as though the computer knows what card/s it has dealt you and then deals itself better cards.
There have been numerous occasions in which I have lost 20 hands or more in a row. Whilst this is not impossible according to laws of probability, it is highly improbable. I could never see myself losing 20 hands in a row at a conventional offlline casino. But yet, because it is a faceless virtual casino, companies seem to think it's ok to rip punters off and take their money.
Companies like ladbrokes say that Price Waterhouse Cooper vet their program and system to make sure everything is above board - but what do they actually verify?
I have video evidence of losing this significant amount of consecutive hands and would love to submit it to an independent body. Does anyone know who I could send it to.
Ultimately, what I would like to know is if anybody else has had similar experiences.
I have experienced the same thing. I wouldn't say I was a bad BJ player either. I follow a basic strategy and stick to it. I play short sessions, only bet small amounts and set myself small targets ($10) yet I fail constantly.
The house seems to get all the good hands - once 3 BJ's in a row, which, as you would say isn't 'impossible according to laws of probability, but it is highly improbable.'
Hell, I've had more success using the Martingale system in Roulette! T^T
Drop an e-mail to the Gaming Commission, they don't seem to have much bite but you never know.

I think they check a ratio of bets and payments on these bets. The difference possibly should keep within the declared house edge following from rules of games.
I thought a lot and searched about opportunities for checking of randomness results in a online casino.
At the moment I play at Betvoyager online casino which gives an option of the control of randomness of game`s result. I long studied this system and have understood that it really helps to check a randomness.
yeah i have seen this with some online systems too - i have a great system that works in proper casino's but some of the online ones just seem to get far too many black jacks to make it possible.
