As an experienced roulette dealer for many years I've seen many systems used but there are two that have yielded results from what I've seen. The first is to bet in 2 columns each spin (those are the dozens btw). This way you have a better chance of winning than losing because your odds of winning are 2 to 1 and I've seen many people win a small fortune this way. However if you lose you lose double so it kind of balances it out. And 0 also loses regardless. But of all the systems this one has yielded some of the best results.

The second system which I've seen is more skill based and requires finding a dealer who spins the exact same way each spin with little variance. This spinning technique is called section spinning whereby each spin the ball will land about 5-6 numbers away from the last number they've spun. If you know the number count on a roulette wheel you can simply bet around the last number. This system requires a lot of walking around the various roulette tables and sussing out a dealer who spins consistently and also knowing how to count in roulette numbers. The downside of this is the newest John Huxley wheels counter this a bit and also when the ball begins to bounce around it introduces a great deal of chaos and unpredictability so every so often the ball will land somwhere totally off-whack. If you ever find a dealer who spins lots of doubles or even triples then I suggest you bet heavily around his numbers.

There is no full proof system however due to the large level of chaos and unpredictability in both chance and the bounce of the ball. These are only the two best systems I've encountered.
