I think he's just saying that those odds are built in to the game structure itself. That is the house edge on real life tables and any online software will emulate those odds.

There are winning systems in horse racing, for example, and Bookies still exist.
It depends on how many people bet it / them,and how careful they bet.
After all, there are lots of people who believe that a winning system
is impossible so they wouldn't bet it anyway even if it was stuck in front of their noses
And - how do you define a winning system if you might win in the short term.
Unless you can say how long your "long run" is it has no relevance in roulette.
As J.K.Galbraith put it many years ago " in the long run we are all dead ! "

There are no systems that can change the house edge in rolette, slots or other casino games. In sportsgambling however you can get an advantage against the house because you can play differint bookies against each other, so called surebetting. This however requires you to spend a lot of time only to earn maybe a 3% profit. Of course it´s a safe system however you probably earn a lot more per hour if you taka a normal job instead and that´s why this ain't no big issue for the bookies.

As being said here, there is no way in the world to win this way in online casinos.

being able to cheat the software is complicated and considered cheating and it is illegal and not honest.

You don't want to win like that anyway.

There are actually 3 main ways to make money in Gambling

1. sports betting
2. Card counting or games like caribbean poker when all players are connected and signaling each other

The mentioned above are extremely hard to gain an edge in the long run to make it a substantial amount to rely on

There is an easier way but still complicated which is my number 3

3. Playing right online casino or sports bonuses, or even land casino bonuses

The idea behind bonuses is that you have to go bust fast or win big, other words short and fast bet and big bets.

There's no way to win at roulette. Each spin is random. It's all luck.

There is no way to beat the casino over the long term. If there was a way, believe me, the casinos wouldn´t offer roulette as an option, or we´d all be extremely rich and the casinos would have all gone bust.
