I ran a very quick check on this using Excel to simulate 100 & 200 spins;-
No exact figures yet, but I can tell you that during about nine out of ten 100 spin cycles I ran there was at least 1 number which did not come up.
But when I ran it for 200 spins it was more like 2 in 10.
So the strategy could be wait until a number has not come up for 100 spins and only then start betting on it.

Of course, the 'maths experts' will tell you roulette wheels do not have memories and the fact that a number has not come up for 100 spins does not make it any more likely to appear in the next 100.
So you might just as well pick a random or favourite number yourself & bet on it from the start...
