I found a free hacked version of it and used to test it for a while. To be honest you can do what that software does in your head. All that it does is calculates which has come out more. For example....
You spin 5 times
RED
RED
BLACK
BLACK
BLACK
IT will tell you to bet on red because it calculates that black has been out 60% of the time and Red 40%. Basically based on the fact that all outside bets should be 50/50 or 33/33/33 depending on what you bet on.
