Well, knowing our government we will be following the same footsteps soon, I mean TVs in cells I dont even agree with, if theyve murdered someone, they should be locked in a pitch black cell, unable to suicide for at least 35 years, then when theyre released they can tell the world how horrible it is, either that or just bring back hanging!
