Ok, few things to check it out...
Start first with making sure all correct drivers for graphics AND sound are installed and UP TO DATE. Also ensure your running DirectX 9.0c
Microsoft DirectX: Home Page
Go to start click on run, type in dxdiag hit enter, check all the results of all the checks.
Now check available system resources and tweak xp to your liking, for example a machine with a 3.2 processor, 1gb ram and a decent agp/pcie graphics card, defaults should be good enough, but if you compare this with a 512mb (memory) or a slower processor (especially shite like celeron) and a crap graphics card, then alter your pagefile to be a quarter more than half the size of your system memory for example, if you have 1gb ram installed have the maximum pagefile size to be 768mb which will be used by windows to put inactive resources into saving valuable RAM for active resources (such as the casino)
Im assuming the casino contains flash, so ensuring you have the correct update of Adobe Flash installed will help
Macromed - Flash Professional 8 <<<
Ensure you are not running any heavy and intense resources such as "NORTON antivirus" ew! Use taskmanager (ctrl+alt+delete) to close down any processes that may appear to be taking up serious CPU usage, and an ideal home machine that is used nothing more than minimal experiences such as browsing, gaming or document writing should have no more than 25-45 processes running at one time (in task manager).
After all this is done, try giving your machine a reboot, all should be hunky dorey. I must stress that any glitchy sound, or graphics is not down to your internet connection as with any casino the only thing that is streamed from your connection is just a load of strings and messages.
Hope this helps
p.s raiser, i would actually wait and see first, i do believe he COULD be legit in what he's saying, and I have a funny feeling I already know what he's going on about, well leave this one pending...
