if there are two people left in a hand and player A has gone all-in player B, could strictly speaking turn his cards over whilst pondering a call (this was allowed in the National heads-up championship recently) however in many casinos Player B would've just folded his hand by doing that, it's a bit of a grey area!

Personally would say that if a player b is showing his cards that is definatly a fold, he is just showning his hand to get a reaction (tell) on his opponent. Maybe it was allowed in the heads-up tourny, but if this happened in game i was in i would 100% call that a fold and i sure most people would also.
