turning your cards over to get a reaction from someone is acceptable in one instance and one insatnce only.
if there are two people left in a hand and player A has gone all-in player B, could strictly speaking turn his cards over whilst pondering a call (this was allowed in the National heads-up championship recently) however in many casinos Player B would've just folded his hand by doing that, it's a bit of a grey area!
