I was sat on the guys table who wrote this.... and my fav quote from the article was "In the early stages I managed to take advantage of a very tight table and quickly doubled my stack, but after one move too many, and a couple of very poorly played hands I'd become the 1st on my table to require the second lot of chips. As tight as my table was, others were just as loose with a regular scream of chips."

I love the last bit and i know he has directed that at me.... because i was litrally raising in position every orbit. After the first two hours i had managed to double up with out going to a show down or showing any of my hole cards - which i was pretty pleased with.

I found the style of game absolutly fantastic.... and loved every minute of it. And this will sound like a very amateur thing to say, but i knew position was important - but i really didnt relise how important it was until i played this game!

I was making some fantastic moves on those guys and in a way i wish i could have shown them my hand everytime i pulled one off. I was reraising people with under pairs to the board and forcing them to fold whilst keeping a reasonably tight image... i just loved every minute at that table and learnt more in three hours i played with these guys, than i ever have playing online!

My downfall, well it was a mighty downfall!! And i really shouldnt say how i lost a huge stack of my chips when i was chip leader....Yes me chip leader!!!..... with out going into the details i went fishing when i was on BB and called a raise with J5o, ROFL!!! Why i have no idea - probabaly cause i got a bit cocky and had out played the guy in the pot every time we came up against each other, and i thought i could do it again - Big mistake and that cost me my chip lead and respect at the table (no they didnt see my hole cards). After that i ran into some big hands when i had AK & AT on the button and it was curtains for me...

So yes, i had a fantastic time... and learnt a hell of lot and have learnt from my mistakes! My main high light was geting to chip leader on the table with out getting to a showdown and revealing my cards to the other players.
