Certainly sounds like "bad form" to me. But, it also sounds like it's a victim of it's own success. The league builds the pub up from one man and his dog to a thriving poker community of 40+ players each night, and then they leave nicking all your customers in the process!

Not a very nice thing to do. I've found the competing site in question, though I won't post it here as don't want to publicise it. It looks very homebrew and amateur, so I can't imagine it being a threat in any way to your league and the prizes are spectacularly rubbish!
